Our Story

Paris and London

Sophie Storen begins her culinary journey at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where classic technique and discipline shape her approach to food made with intention. She goes on to work in London at Petersham Nurseries under Skye Gyngell, learning the value of seasonality, provenance and restraint.
