This exclusive masterclass with Paul Bangay, Adelaide Bragg, Charlotte Coote and Melissa Penfold at Charlotte Coote's private Mt Macedon property, was incredible not only for the absolutely perfect weather but for the whole experience.
There were tea and refreshments on arrival including French champagne, followed by a garden tour with Paul and a house inspection by Charlotte. For those of you that don't know the incredible Mount Macedon property, it is somewhat dreamlike, one might find themselves dreaming of lying in the garden with a glass of Chablis and listening to opera.

A stand-out activation to celebrate the opening of the L’Occitane Melbourne Flagship store in the heritage Block Arcade on Collins Street.
Stunning event production by the incredibly talented team at Dot Dot Dash, set the scene to showcase elegant canapes with a French flair for their VIP clients. Tomato tartlets with goats curd, basil, vincotto and smoked salt, little crostini’s with spanner crab, tarragon mayonnaise and black caviar, biscuit de base au parmesan with Delice de Bourgogne and pickle grape, and little potato crisps with steak tartare, capers, cornichons and crème fraiche.
OVATION ARTS CENTRE GALA DINNER
We were honoured to be involved in the Ovation Arts Centre Gala Dinner held on stage at the iconic Sydney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne.
Engaged by Trumpet Events, over 250 guests enjoyed Cookes Food canapes including petit spanner crab sandwiches with tarragon mayonnaise and watercress, warm brioche with baked ocean trout and tartlets of smoked yoghurt, skinless heirloom tomatoes, basil leaves and lemon zest.
